České Budějovice, 13th May 2016 – The Masné Krámy restaurant's head chef Luděk Hauser prepared yet another seasonal gourmet event. During 18th – 22nd May, the restaurant's guests are going savour burgers made from beef, chicken as well as pork, supplemented by light meals from fresh asparagus.
"Asparagus has always been considered a luxurious delicacy. Despite being a commonly available vegetable, it is quite forgotten in our households. Therefore we are trying to bring different ways of its preparation closer to our guests, for instance an asparagus dish with pasta and chicken or asparagus soup," says the Masné Krámy restaurant's head chef Luděk Hauser. While burgers are going to appear on the Masné krámy restaurant's menu for the first time, it is going to be the ninth "asparagus spree" in a row. Last year the most successful dish among customers was the classical meal of asparagus with a Hollandaise sauce and boiled potatoes.
The Masné krámy restaurant draws its visitors not only due to its great cuisine, but primarily owing to the perfectly treated beer, Budweiser Budvar Krausened Lager in particular. Masné krámy is the only restaurant in the world where Budweiser Budvar Krausened Lager is drawn directly from beer tanks. The restaurant's capacity is 200 places.
